WinView
A Windows 3.1 (but runs on Win95/98/NT) program to view graphics files.

WinLink
A Windows 3.1 (not needed on Win95/98/NT) program that will run Windows programs from the DOS command line and will send printing from a DOS program to the Windows print queue. These features were added as standard to Win95.
